How long will my order take?
Everything is printed to order. Most US orders arrive within 10–15 days of purchase. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in the US is $8, free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
What if my item arrives damaged or printed wrong?
Email admin@grinkly.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or refund you. No need to return it.
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once your order is in production we can't change or cancel it.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash cold inside out, tumble dry low and don't iron directly on the print.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to keep the print bright for longer.
Can I order the same design for my whole group?
Yes. Pick the design, then add one item per size you need to your cart.
